In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, all Urban Jungle backpacks are backed by our 12 Month International Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear. We know a backpack has to withstand a lot - which is why we make ours strong. But like your favorite sneakers, our luggage will scuff and scratch as you use it. Essentially, we see it as character building.

To remove dust or dirt, use a lightly dampened lint-free cloth. Do not scrub. If necessary, use mild soapy water to remove more stubborn stains.

Leave to dry naturally, removing any excess moisture with a cloth.

Please do not machine wash, tumble dry, use strong soap or detergent, apply solvents, iron, starch or leave in direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
