Quality and look is great and very sleek

5 star for the quality and looks. Only concern that I had was, there are 3 compartments with zip closure mechanism, out of 3 only for 1 (laptop sleeve) - two zips are provided for closing. Other 2 compartments are having only 1 zip. I understand that quality of the zip could be great, still it feels insecure. What happens if 1 zip is not functioning properly? When we spend 5000, 2 zips could have been provided for each closure.

I love the bag. It's designed brilliantly with multiple compartments and zip pouches. The size, the material, its sturdiness.. everything is top notch and somehow the bag feels lighter to carry despite stuffing it with the same items i used to carry! Kudos to the design team! What's covered under my warranty?

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, all Urban Jungle backpacks are backed by our 12 Month International Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear. We know a backpack has to withstand a lot - which is why we make ours strong. But like your favorite sneakers, our luggage will scuff and scratch as you use it. Essentially, we see it as character building.

How do I care for my backpack?

To remove dust or dirt, use a lightly dampened lint-free cloth. Do not scrub. If necessary, use mild soapy water to remove more stubborn stains.

Leave to dry naturally, removing any excess moisture with a cloth.

Please do not machine wash, tumble dry, use strong soap or detergent, apply solvents, iron, starch or leave in direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
