This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear. We know a luggage has to withstand a lot - which is why we make ours strong. But like your favorite sneakers, our luggage will scuff and scratch as you use it. Essentially, we see it as character building.

TSA Lock is a global system which allows the passengers to lock their luggage while security can inspect it without damage.
The steps are simple and easy to follow.

When your lock is set on 0-0-0, press down the “reset” button with a thin nip until you hear it click.
While you have this pressed, roll, the digits to the combination of your choice.
Slide the latch to the right. The reset button will pop up, and your combination is set.
