Chains shouldn’t be visible either it should be covered. Buckle lock should be provide on chest and waist portion to distribute the weight evenly through shoulder to chest to waist. Keychain holder be provided inside the bag.

The delivery took a while to reach but I fell in love with the quality of this bag. Excellent space, very well organized pockets. The zipper quality is top notch! I would have loved a rain cover to go with the bag, which I think is a big miss.

I really loved the backpack, great quality and looks. Its quite spacious and I love that it has separate sections for laptop and tablet which is exactly what I was looking for. I have absolutely no complaints about the bag. Highly recommended.

The bag is almost perfect. Has some weight but manageable. Reason I gave 4 stars is because the cusioning is not great. Urban Jungle could do better. Improve the cosioning and this bag is a solid 5 star
