How to choose the right size luggage?
Think of our sizes like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, except all sizes are just right, but for different things.
- Going on a quick weekend getaway? Our carry-on (42 liters) size is perfect for you.
- Planning a longer trip with lots of outfits? Our medium-sized (68 liters) luggage has got you covered.
- Need to pack for a family vacation? Our large-sized (107 liters) luggage is spacious enough for everyone's essentials.
What's covered under my warranty?
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, all Urban Jungle suitcases are backed by our International 5 Year Warranty. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear. We know a luggage has to withstand a lot - which is why we make ours strong. But like your favorite sneakers, our luggage will scuff and scratch as you use it. Essentially, we see it as character building.
How do I work the TSA Lock
TSA Lock is a global system which allows the passengers to lock their luggage while security can inspect it without damage.
The steps are simple and easy to follow.
- When your lock is set on 0-0-0, press down the “reset” button with a thin nip until you hear it click.
- While you have this pressed, roll, the digits to the combination of your choice.
- Slide the latch to the right. The reset button will pop up, and your combination is set.
